VideaHealth is now Videa

Today, VideaHealth is becoming Videa (pronounced VID-ee-uh).

The name Videa comes from the Latin word videre, meaning to see. That idea has guided the company from the beginning. Helping clinicians see more clearly so they can deliver better care.

Videa’s mission remains simple but bold. To help dental clinicians deliver better care to 1 billion patients globally through artificial intelligence, starting with earlier detection, better decisions, and more consistent care.

The company was founded on the belief that better dental care can play a major role in improving overall health. When oral disease is identified early and treated promptly, it can have a meaningful impact on broader health challenges such as heart disease, diabetes, and cognitive decline.

From the beginning, Videa was built close to the daily reality of dental practices. The team spent years working alongside dentists, hygienists, and office staff to understand how care is delivered and where time is lost.

Across the industry, a consistent pattern emerged. Dental teams are expected to manage a growing patchwork of systems. Explaining treatment to patients. Keeping up with documentation and solving billing friction.

Videa was built to reduce that complexity.

Today, more than 90,000 clinicians use Videa at many of the world's largest dental organizations. These partnerships helped shape the technology and deepen the company’s understanding of how to support care in real practice environments.

Now, Videa is entering its next chapter.

The company is expanding its reach across the industry, from large dental organizations to private practices, bringing the same focus on simplifying workflows and supporting clinicians in the moment of care.

At the same time, Videa continues to expand its capabilities across diagnostics, patient communication, documentation, and administrative workflows, helping reduce the burden on dental teams.

“Better dental care is one of the most powerful ways to improve overall health,” said Florian Hillen, Founder and CEO of Videa. “When clinicians can help patients get the right care at the right time, it has a real impact on long-term health outcomes. Our focus is simple. Make that work easier by reducing unnecessary complexity and supporting teams where they need it most.”

The name Videa reflects this direction.

Helping clinicians see more clearly.
Helping teams spend more time on care.
Helping dentistry reach 1 billion patients worldwide.

Less complexity. Better care.
