Florian Hillen Named one of Becker’s Healthcare Rising Stars Under 40 in 2026
Videa Founder and CEO recognized among emerging leaders making an impact across healthcare
Boston, Mass., October 2026 - Videa today announced that Founder and CEO Florian Hillen has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s “Rising Stars: 188 Healthcare Leaders Under 40” list for 2026.
The annual recognition highlights healthcare leaders age 40 and younger who are bringing new approaches to some of the industry’s most persistent challenges and driving meaningful change across care delivery, technology, operations, and strategy.
Becker’s recognized Hillen for his leadership in building Videa from an MIT research project into a widely adopted dental AI platform. Since founding Videa in 2018, Hillen has led the company’s expansion across AI-supported diagnostics, clinical workflows, analytics, and revenue optimization while helping advance the adoption of artificial intelligence across dentistry.
“Healthcare is at an incredible inflection point,” said Hillen. “AI gives us an opportunity to make clinicians stronger, help organizations operate more effectively, and ultimately create a better experience for patients. I’m proud of what the Videa team has built together and even more excited about what’s ahead.”
Under Hillen’s leadership, Videa has grown to support more than 90,000 clinicians across 100+ dental organizations, helping bring AI into everyday clinical and operational workflows. Becker’s also highlighted his work launching Videa’s AI Leadership Council, bringing together executives and clinicians from leading dental organizations to exchange perspectives and help advance responsible, effective AI adoption across dentistry.
The recognition comes during a period of continued growth for Videa as the company expands its platform beyond individual AI applications toward a more connected approach to clinical and operational intelligence across dental organizations.
Becker’s Healthcare developed its 2026 Rising Stars list through nominations and editorial research. Leaders cannot pay for inclusion.
